I honestly have no idea how you know which way to go, i see the inside cones laid down, but shit, do you have to memorize the track to be any good?

As I run the timing equipment and setup the event I don't walk the track any more.

I do one run as a passenger in a car and memorize the track before I go out.

It all makes sense when you are on course.
