Just saw this on Friday, and it must have happened earlier this week. Going to need a new bumper cover.....

Sorry to see that.
could be worse though, came out of work on the base a few years back and found the quarter panel on my ws6 caved in about 4 inches from the wheel well to the back bumber, spent a week looking for a blue car with black paint on it. Found it with a dent in the driver side fender and my paint all over the fender/ bumper so then I emptied a can off aircraft stripper on it since they were kind enough not to leave a note or anything. Saw it 6 months later looking nice and rusty.

What pissed me off the most about the whole situation is the fact that everybody at that time needed a DOD sticker to drive on base. DOD stickers required proof of insurance so the a$$hole had insurance and there is no way that they could have not noticed hitting my car. Still ended up costing me 500 to get it repaired because I had to pay the deductible.

Saw some posts about people using a heat gun to massage those types of dents out.
Worth a try.

I'll look into that. I also need to check and see if any tabs/mounting points were broken.
