If it runs good, we'll hook you up. Trucks are big sellers for us.

I can't imagine paying that much for something with that many miles. I know trucks go for a lot but it's just crazy.

I know! But still, paying that much for something that has over 200k miles on the entire car, not just the motor, is crazy to me.

Nice Truck!! I love the stance that truck has!! But Jacob is right in a way, you have to remember 210k+ miles is on the whole truck not just the motor/trans. So you have the body, interior, etc. to think about.

Interiors in great shape, body is in good shape for a northern truck, and 210K miles; thats why its $12900 and not $20,000

I see a lot of diesels fetching high prices. It's crazy to me too, but I guess people sell them for that much.

You also have to remember this isnt a CL truck... its a dealership and people who dont have say 10k all at once to buy this truck on CL, will still buy it at a higher price due to financing options.

Ide like to see some more pictures of it if you can. If the paint is in good shape and the rust isnt major i may come look at it this weekend.

So I can get 20k for my 2003 Dodge 3500 diesel with 122k miles?

I have the same truck ('01 quad cab 4x4 2500),but paid a lil less than that for it...no rust (came from NC), great shape, and 160k miles. That was about 3 years ago though.

Mine is just a Cummins though. The "Cummings" option may be worth more.

ShawnBoyMoody

That "surface rust" will be huge holes the first time you hit it with a decent pressure washer. People need to go back to Ohio a take their rust buckets with them. Even if they are from Connecticut lol.

Make sure you guys check/replace rusted brake and fuel lines. A brake line in a friend's gas powered 3/4 ton 01 dodge (from up north) rusted through and burst on me. No bueno.

Probably where the original bumper rusted off.

lol jk, but I was wondering the same thing about those protruding brackets!

Yes. That used to be a plow truck. From what ive been told you could make some decent money if you had a rig with a good plow on it and got up before the sun rose.

No...that's just me posting like a retard when I'm drunk. I swear...I want to buy everything when I'm drunk. Hookers, Blow, Ford Fiestas, subscription to "Ship in a Bottle" magazine, wicker-basket books..you name it.

I once woke up from a drunken stupor to find that I had bought a $900 longblock off of E-bay.

And yes...my spelling/grammar is still effing stellar when I'm plastered. Damn muscle memory..

Starting on Monday, I'm moving to another dealership. I got a better opportunity, and moving to New River Auto Mall. I've gotten many phone calls from many dealerships, that because of the way I do business, want me. A few in Savannah, which I would never dive that far, and some from Bluffton. I chose Bluffton, because of the management and training opportunity.
Stand by for those that are looking for, or want help looking for a car.
Yes, even if you dont buy from me, but would like advice, I'm happy to oblige. Thats just good business..

Congrats. USMC Gunner. I talked to someone who once worked for Ford/GM. He went to a BMW dealership and loved their training and overseas travel. I would imagine the clients are better as well.

Ive had 4 days of training, and now hitting the ground. I'm swinging sales, and finance manager right now. This clientel is much better; They can actually buy what they want. The other nice thing is I have 16 stores on campus, and can sell just about anything. Porsche, Chrysler, Mazda, Subaru, Jag, Land rover, Hyundai, Mitsubishi.........and all that .

Thanks bambooi, I'm looking forward to travel training. That is always fun!
