So my boss and I are planning on doing a twin turbo build for his heavy Chevy. We are looking to get around 500whp out of it to start with. Since this will be my first V8 build, I need some advice. Also, this will be a budget build with a limit of about $3K.

For the ECU we are going to use MegaSquirt as a full stand alone. We have found some turbo headers on eBay for a good deal and plan on using some cheap ebay GT35 turbos(please spare me on your opinions of ebay turbos, this aint my first roe day-o). The actaul turbo system I can take care of, but fueling on these engines is where my expertice is limited.

I'm not 100% sure on how to do the fuel system, such as what pump to use, what size injectors, and what type of FPR to go with. Any suggestions on this would be awesome.

As far as the engine goes, I have a friend who can help me out with a boost ready small block.

You do realize that is a spyder injected intake system correct? You will best be safe to do another intake manifold with a wilson/90 degree elbow or a ramjet setup.
These are what you will need to look into.

Or make your own direct port fuel injection with a new intake manifold , fuel injection system etc etc

Your stock fuel system WILL Not support the 500 hp . You will not be able to get the stock sypder injection system to handle it either. You will need to look at other means of fuel deliver to the cylinders.

That was one thing I was a little concerned about. I figured we would have to go with a different intake.

Now as far as the sizing of turbos, would a .63 A/R turbine be too small. I am running a single turbo on my 2.8 with a .63 A/R turbine and I like the response of it. So I figure one of these on each half of the motor would be large enough, or should I go bigger?

i am unsure on how to size turbos. but with my little knowledge of them i would think so.
