Three videos at the bottom, but here's the cliff's notes:
Ford takes one Ecoboost engine and dyno tests it for 150,000 simulated miles, then install it into a stock F-150 to tug around some logs (55 tons worth), then take it and tow 11,300lbs. behind it for 24 hours straight at WOT, then install the engine into a Baja 1000 truck and complete the Baja 1000 race. Then throw it back on the dyno, lost 1hp on ZERO tq. in the 165,000 brutal miles. As they tear down, all measurements of clearance and lash inside the engine were within NEW BUILD specs...
