Yes to all of the above. I'll let whoever buys it have all the straps too. These arent your 50ft yellow cargo straps either. They are actual car tie down straps 4 total with 4 axle straps as well. I dont roll no junk yo. Yall no dis.

This is the basic trailer. Mine was upgraded with diamond plate ramps (no bump bump bump up the ramps) two spare tire carriers, 2 5/16 ball, and a winch pocket (no winch) It is a Kaufman and it DOES have a title.

Vette would have no problems off and on this trailer. Wide enough to fit a Blazer on one tons.. Not sure on the age of the tires they are in good shape tho. Matching spare and real deal straps. Custom headache rack by SMMS. Trailer brakes on BOTH axles. 6 lug FTW.

I doubt yours is lower than Zacs junk and we were able to get his on it. Of course he backed his big truck onto some plastic ramps to get it done lol.

Make sure you can clear the fenders on the trailer because the bottom of the doors on a vette are really low.

You could just screw a 2x6 down where your tires are when its loaded on the trailer
ShawnBoyMoody
10-30-2011, 11:40 PM
Another option would be to plasma off the drivers side fender and make it removable. I've seen this done many times.

Carl, just pick up Shawnboy's trailer and i'll trade you my hydrolic trailer for the one you get from him. Not worried about width on mine cause Lightning trucks fit fine between the fenders, and my fenders are removable. I need a trailer that is higher off the ground to get past the dip infront of my shop, so I can back the trailer inside. Pep Boys just put 4 new tires on mine less than 6 months ago, and I have the spare as well. Just a thought..:bigthumb:

You can't go wrong buying his trailer even if the fender is too tall. Easy mod to make it removeable. If you trade with Darryl, his trailer is nice!

What drop does the hitch receiver need to be to tow this bad boy level?

What drop does the hitch receiver need to be to tow this bad boy level?
Depends on your ride height...

What drop does the hitch receiver need to be to tow this bad boy level?
Depends on the height of the rear end on your tow vehicle and how you have your load balanced on the trailer.

How many pin connector is it? Walmart has pretty much any adapter you'd need.
BigdaddyDupree
11-04-2011, 10:25 PM
Advance has the adapter in stock it's like 30 bucks. Neal bought one when he used my trailer
Luckie
11-04-2011, 10:46 PM
The adapter that comes with the truck only converts to a 4 pin. You have to go after market regardless for the 7 pin like others have said. Also, unless you want to pull the rear valance every time you tow or have a long pigtail on the trailer (which still only helps for that trailer) you should make an extension plug harness. I made one for mine Female one end male the other, to reach under the valnce and back up to where the 7 pin is mounted. It stays in the back cargo area when not being used!
Luckie
11-04-2011, 10:50 PM
The charging wire on the 7 pin is not hooked up from factory, you have to do so under the hood also. It is easy and self explanatory. If you want trailer brakes the wires are under the dash taped but don't have a plug on them like the full size trucks do!

plan to go this route.

Kelsey-Hayes makes a good controller but pretty much any controller will do the job.
