I am not going to get into my shits faster than yours but I have started walking and watching what I eat more. Trying to get down to 215 befoer my birthday in April and down to like 175 by the end of the world in December.

Got a 5k to run in the morning. Im still around 180-185. Been doing more weight training, so the weight isnt coming off as dramatically on the scale.

Yeah that's no fun. People in cars suck. Fortunately I can cut through a neighborhood or two for the first two miles.
