One of the things I like with mine I am sure can be done with any of the droid phones I can switch back and forth, so I leave it on 3g unless I am going to load some videos. I can load HD videos without buffering 99% of the time. I can also toggle over to 4g and load the same video inside buildings that some of the other guys can barely get service in twice as fast as it will play.

I have had both and would pick the iphone all day every day. as a matter of fact, I like my iphone and ipad so much, and have had zero problems, that I now want to switch all my computers to mac. When I deal with an Apple product, I always wonder why other companies have such a problem getting it "right". Of course, that's just my opinion. I typed this from my windows based PC, which i had to reboot because the hour glass was spinning and the computer was froze! Should have used the iPad!

I love the sheeple tag lol. My how things have changed over the years...

I remember being made fun of forever because the only computers I had for 20 years were Apples, starting with the Apple II.

You really have to know wtf you are doing with an android. Its like windows, it holds the largest marketshare when it comes to smartphone and tablets therefore it is attacked the hardest with bloatware.

to me thats like calling corvette owners gay because you can make a mustang faster....

i have NO clue how to mod my phone, and have better things to do than learn how (no offense) so why not go Iphone which needs no modding (much like buying a new corvette over a new 5.0

i'm just saying for the person that doesnt know how to hack/mod/fuckup an android phone doesnt the iphone make more sense, especially when iphones are pretty problem free out the box and androids are "buggy".

just my experience and point of view, not attacking corvette owners, mustang owners, apple fans, android fans or phone hacks.

Theres a diference, its better out of the box without any hacks, you just have to remove th bloatware and sometimes it gets tricky to do.

And because you can find so many thing that you have to pay for on apple but yet free for android, sme people get download happy and screw themselves.

Trust me theres no comparison like corvette and 5.0. androids have bigger screens twice the processing and video capability, twice the bandwith, twice the storge, twice the processors of any I phone out there.

So what you are saying is that you have to mod your droid to make it as good, reliable, whatever you want to call it, as an apple out of the box. But once modified, it is much better?

No, removing shit is not Modding.

You also have hundreds of Droid manufacturers not all of them are worth a shit and that's the problem too
There's only one manufacturer of I phones.

i agree with some of that, but lets talk the average user. probably harder for someone like you to understand than me because i get a phone and i use it, thats about it. i do download some apps (i might have 5-10) but i mainly use it for the web/text/dial, basic data use i guess. i just feel like for alot of the average users the iphone will fit better. dont get me wrong i love androids operating system MUCH better than windows mobile, and if i had an iphone my opinion of it might be different, but Tmobile doesnt offer iphones:?

my screen is cracked now and Tmobile just stopped doing the "free upgrades" so i will likely go to verizon and use an iphone.

If you were discussing cars you wouldnt feel the same way.

As soon as you remove the a/c its a race car.

I have an Iphone and AT&T and I will continue to do so till the end of time or until I am no longer grandfathered into AT&T's unlimited data plan whichever comes first.

Ive had droids and iPhones. Currently have the iPhone 4s and it's by far the best phone. If you want a good slim case for it get the life case. Kind of pricey but it's worth the money.

Uninstalling software is not unbolting parts.
Enjoy 3g, my 4g is unlimited.
I set mine up as a wifi hotspot when I go on long trips, my kids pick up the signal on their tablet PC,s and watch Netflix and play modern warfare ........... At the same time............And all while shutting the fuk up in the back seat......

Try that shit with an I phone.

I used to work at a company that had an office full of macs and they had a lot more problems than any pc I have ever owned. Overpriced "pretty" junk.

Lol, couldn't be further from the truth. Spoken like someone who has never used one extensively.

Not necessarily, it was most likely compatibility issues. Something apple has big problems with.

The same reason why 99% of buisnesses out there are running windows based PC's, and not mac's.

True, but if a business didn't know that before they bought them then they need to be taken out back and shot.

The phone, I do not pay for wifi hotspot like verizon requires. You can't even teather an I phone without modding, ive done it to many of them.

I dont tether, I hit a button, assign a password to the connection so not everyone can get it (because trust me I had a car follow me for 100 miles using my connection) and tell my kids to find the wifi.

How do you know what I experienced? I used it enough to know that I typed a whole page of text in word that went "poof" and completely disappeared. I have spent a hell of a lot more time staring at that mint spinning around, than I have the hourglass on a pc. We had 4 desktops and 2 macbooks, every one of them had catastrophic failure within 2 years (motherboard, I think). We also had constant network connection issues with the "airport".

If you want to compare a mac to a cheap dell, hp, compaq, emachines, etc, then yes, macs are a little better. But for less money than a mac, you can have a custom pc built that will be faster and more reliable.
