I think we'll be running before and in between the bracket rounds. Mitch called and said you guys were going, so I figured I'd go too, and posted it up.

We're still working on the time. We want to make sure they will let us make some passes with it being a bracket race night. You need to pm me a contact phone number so I can let you know "what's a happenin".

don't worry about tech at Darlington- it's pretty easy- mount the slicks after you go through tech- no big deal- i doubt they will even look anyway.

Correction: Might be a good day to get dissapointed by the KC.

I am not impressed by the theory behind it nor its operation thus far. I hope you prove it not to be a waste of money.

Who knows either way it will be a good day to test it to see if its any good or not with the heat being so high.

I thought I read that your cab a/c was not as cold when it was working at its best for the inter-cooler.

That is correct I charged the a/c system today and the air coming out of the vents isnt as cold as it was but is still very comfortable. It also wasnt quite as hot as it is now the last time I used my a/c.

I'm guessing this KC thing is were the motor pulls air from the A/C system.
Not sure this is a good idea at the strip. They dont like it when you run your A/C at the track. It drips water on the track.

Not when you insulate EVERYTHING with pipe insulation.:bigthumb:

The major test will be at Darlington on Sat, but when we were charging the a/c system I did stick my finger in the res and the water was very cold.

Ill post some datalogs showing the IAT and IAT2 temps while idleing, on the road cruising and at the strip while the system is on and while it is off.

chrisheltra 06-04-2008 07:58 PM

Larry are we going to be grilling again?

I can pull the grill?
