It's not just the Mustang owner's fault...but the crowd of people standing by the entrance with their cameras out and egging them on. One guy in the video was continuously making "spin the tires" gestures for each car. People would cheer and wave when cars would do that as well. Of course, ultimately the responsibility rests on the individual who succumbs to the peer pressure...but it isn't just his fault. Sucks that Charlotte got shut down though.
