p.s. flame suit on!

Yeah a good bit of local folks don't have much love for Amazon. They've had some experiences that have left a bad taste in their mouth. I, like you, have had nothing but great experience with them and will continue to do so until otherwise.

If there is then speak up or forever hold your peace!!!!!!!!:poke:

 Damn Darryl lay it out there man! I can't speak for the Lightning guys obviously but he's always done right by my car.

If it's bolt ons and a pulley swap- yeah he can tune it and i can take you to a zoo and show some other monkeys that could tune that too.

And Magoo's car doesn't prove shit. It's a ported blower car with a small shot and I believe Magoo does the FINE tuning himself. And he can drive the shit out of it which makes Rick look good.

The only reason they are still in business is because they sponsor almost every freaking forum so nobody can get online and tell their horror stories without it getting deleted.

IF YOU GO TO AMAZON- I GUARANTEE YOU HAVE A TURD. NOTHING FAST HAS EVER COME OUT OF AMAZON. NOTHING!

Damn Wes! While I appreciate the props on my rowing abilities, I do take a little offense to the turd comment. :poke: Even though my car is a bolt-on car Rick has produced some great numbers for my combo. The only time I've ever had to mess with anything myself was with some email tunes that were a bit off, even then it was just me trying to squeeze more power out of a safe tune he sent me.

don't take offense- it was not directed towards you. i do however believe that your car runs good numbers because you drive well, not because of Rick's tune. I believe you would be faster with a better tuner. That is just my opinion.

Darryl Buckner 08-23-2008 11:28 PM

Oh, ok. I was going to say, I have known Rick and Lynn for a long time, but only because they use to come to the Fun Ford and NMRA races...

OK, I was trying to be nice. But in his defense, he told me not to shoot it because he had alot of timing in the tune, but I had that 10 second pass in sight, and we all know what happened...:bigthumb:

I enjoyed that too. Its just the fear of breaking down so far away from home that holds me back.
