I might be going to bowman this friday. If you can make it,we can go ahead and get this done. Saw you run sunday night, looked fast. I might have to get the leave from you. You already have bigger engine and bigger tires. Or,let Brandon drive and I will give you the back tires.

Darryl Buckner 09-08-2009 07:59 PM

It almost looks like letting Brandon drive is a handicap, like getting the break or something...:hysterical:

Robert drives its heads up. Brandon drives, you get the back tires.

i can drive. i think it should be a good race if i can get down the track. there is no need to handicap my car then i wouldnt see if i got what it takes to be fast!

yes and no, with Darryl having the break he was sure to be out at least .2 IMO, but it wouldve been close if the track worked.

Harry 09-09-2009 01:30 PM

Looked like the track was working for everybody else.

1iron 09-09-2009 01:59 PM

Track was holding 4.70 in both lanes.

Darryl Buckner 09-09-2009 02:16 PM

ill admit, i got lucky because I should not have won that race, but sometimes its better to be lucky than good. I spun both times me and Jeff raced..

Harry 09-09-2009 03:06 PM

I'll refer to my previous post. So he spun. Fix the problem for next time. Figure it out. Whatever.

slowgreen99 09-09-2009 03:32 PM

As the night grew older, the lanes started to fall off IMO. Robert didnt even shoot out the gate and still spun. And yes, the track was holding 4.70s to cars with 18" wide tires. The car worked good until that pass. Itll be at Bowman on Friday.
