I remember a few years back probably around 2004 a guy had a Porsche 911 running around here, with a Chevy motor of some sort in the rear and a stick shift. It ran damn good, but I am sure it was pretty light..

Back then, we were in a car club called Jokers Wild. The redneck dude,i'm pretty sure he was a meth head, that started it had an automatic eclipse GS-T with seat belts holding the motor in place because it had broken motor mounts. I think it finally went a 9.7 after the boost was turned up and all. That MR2 was sadly the fastest thing in the "club" and would 1.8 something 60-ft on 30 dollar tires at ware shoals. I made a fuel cut defender for it so we could crank the boost up past 12lbs(stock was 10lbs and put down 160hp 160tq lol)... it seemed fast as hell on 21lbs when i drove it haha

crumbie 03-07-2014 11:43 AM

lol @ joker's wild. I also remember the "chosen ones" and "royal family"

hilarity

RoadconeTuning 03-07-2014 12:01 PM

Redneck eclipse guy was supposedly going down to road atlanta to take some license test to "start racing" and said I should bring the fiero and get my license too. I'm pretty sure that thing would have blown up... It got 9mpg going to and from Anderson going 85 lol

lol yeah my friend and i had taurus' in highschool... he had green neon underglow, green strobes on the doors, black/green seat covers front and rear, we spray painted the carpet grey, door panels were black with fluorecent green inserts and he had a blacklight above the rear view mirror. 2-12's and a 1000w or so amp made it a rolling rave lol.

I just had a 98 SE (duratech bitches!) that had a new set of 6x8's and an amp on them lol.
