I agree 100%. I wouldnt let the same place try to fix a bunch of things that should have taken care of in the first pace. One item maybe but not a long list of items.

Not everything you do is going to leave your shop perfect. Or it may be before it leaves and them something happens. Mistakes will be made, and problems will come up, its unavoidable.

So what im telling you is, go walk a mile in someone elses shoes. Go open a performance shop, not in your back yard, a real shop with overhead, and employees. Try keeping the bills paid, ordering parts, talking with customers, keeping good employees and making sure they stay happy. Go do that and then come back and tell me how you feel.

Every business will make mistakes and its impossible to please everyone 100% of the time. Its how a business handles those mistakes is what determines how good there customer service is. I know some of it has been one sided on here but just from reading this forum Ashley's car didnt turn out as he thought it should and neither did the Hall's. Going off just the forum it doesnt sound like either one was ever taken care of. They both had some pretty lengthy lists of things. I dont know HHP side of things so there could be more to it BUT that dont change the fact the customers werent happy.
I also have never did any tuning or anything for that matter with or for HHP. I keep hearing differnt through rumors.

There should at least be separate threads. This was a positive thread that turned into a negative one. If you have something positive to say, make a thread, if you have a negative review, make your own thread and don't shit on someone else's.

Not to sound rude but I could less about HHP, I live 1200 miles away. I dont have anything against them and never had a problem with any of the guys there. Not sure why my name even came up....I have lived in TX before HHP even opened. I have never been there or did business with them. I obviously wasnt there but I heard my name was brought up so i was just clearing that up. I wish them the best and hope everything works out with everyone.

Negged rep'd me too. Not sure what I did to deserve that.

schardbody 09-27-2012 04:52 PM

I got the low life Neg rep aswell. Gotta love those who hide behind tags and rep but won't post anything that's not anonymous.

Matts94Z28 09-27-2012 05:11 PM

Gotta love those who let tags get to them...

schardbody 09-27-2012 05:13 PM

And for whoever negative rep me for "bitching" about rep get it right its not the rep I care about its the fact that you're a bitch for anonymously repping, man up....

Really just wondering what someone has against me?

schardbody 09-27-2012 05:16 PM

And its pretty easy to figure out who it was now based on the 6 people that were online. Good to know who the bitch is!

GreebeanZ28 09-27-2012 05:20 PM

I got negged for bitching about getting negged. Prolly get negged again lol. Also got negged for agreeing with one of monte c's posts. Got called a loser for that one iirc. Been getting a lot of name calling neg reps lately lol.

BigdaddyDupree 09-27-2012 05:23 PM

Exactly. Rep and tags mean nothing.
