Its alright it will be an arguement forever. There have been Trans Ams that were sold stock with 600rwhp. Of course any car with a procharger or supercharger is going to be fast. It just sucks to say that stock for stock any LS based car will beat a mustang. Thats just a fact. I dont hate them actually kinda like the way the mustang sounds. Just thought Id throw my 2 cents in.

We are excluding all factory blown mustangs with that statement I assume? And btw the 03-04 Mach's run basically the same times as LS1 Camaro's/TA's.

That's what I was thinking. Deep down I truely dont care because I dont have a stock motor mustang or a LS motor, but Cobras and SS maros are about dead even stock to stock. Hell, my little 2v beat the piss out of stockish ls1 cars at the track! :bigthumb:

you can go on youtube and find examples of lsx cars beating Cobras and Cobras beating LSx cars. You can even find a s10 blazer beating a 535hp procharged C500 Mustang in Holt Florida this past weekend on motor pretty soon. Does that mean s10 blazers can beat all supercharged mustangs.... NO, S10's are still slow

There was a v6 2010 Camaro at the test-n-tune Friday in Florida and it was running very low 9.0's and 9.1x's all night on street tires. It also looked like the drivers first time to the track too. I thought it was pretty impressive for a v6 to move the heavy Camaro that fast.
