Running a shop is a pain in the ass to begin with few cars are built without a hitch being shop built or home. Shit happens and has to be dealt with. Sounds to me jeff(who I've never met) is trying to be reasonable and make it right. All I'm saying is if you did all that at home and had some issues is it would be no big deal. If you had a problem with the car you should have never paid for the work that was ignorance on the owners part.
