I think what the fuel guy at Bowman sells is 116 not C-16.

Bad Bob won the #1 spot by default.
Harry vs Bad Bob for #1 Win light went to Bad Bob
Chillerman vs Harry for #2 spot. Win Light went to Chillerman
1iron vs Harry for #3 spot. 1iron got the win by default.
Foose04 vs Harry for #4 spot. I missed the race, but I guessed Harry won, I'm waiting for someone to correct me.
