That's what they came with from the factory, why exclude them? I know the LSX boys like to cry wolf because it was the end of the era where they dominated  Quote:
LOL touche. They went back to the 5.0, but the displacement is about the only similarity it shares. It's a completely different motor. |

It's a 4v motor somewhat similar to what's in the 03-04 Cobra's. But without the blower, an aluminum block, higher CR, and weaker internals. It has a solid axle instead of the IRS, 5mt instead of 6mt so its weighs a couple hundred pounds less. |
Mach1 manuals had a forged crank while the autos had a cast. all came with 3.55 rear gears and limited slip diff. along with 4 wheel disc brakes. the heads are 4v aluminum heads with cams borrowed from the Navigator. compression is 10.1:1. The intake was aluminum also an similar to the 99-01 Cobra's and came with an aluminum block. All Mach1's came with a functional shaker hood scoop, model specific wheels and interior seating. the gauge package and shifter area was designed/borrowed from the 01 Bullet. Braking was through dual piston brakes, there is more.

that certificate is only good for 1 point at a mca car show. other than that if you combine it with a dollar you can possibly get a cup of coffee or have enough money to tip a stripper. :)
