I keep hearing a rumor that a gtr did manage to beat that lambo... though i havent seen any proof of it.

There were a couple stock lambo's there that same color.

Yeah i saw some videos of the slower ones, but it was in a thread with that video that the claims were made. I dont see it happening, but you never know.

That vette had some kind of fuel pump issue that was causing fuel to cut out at high boost

I make a pass at 5:10 in this video. I turned up boost off the line to 10psi for this pass and spun pretty bad. The spool sound makes me happy

Heres some vids vs the T1 gtr. Its a shame that they didnt get a clean run more than 1 or 2 gears. Seems like the lambo pulls but loses ground on shifts.

Irregardless, its clear to see that the lambo was the faster car.

If they would have got a really clean run the outcome would have been close to or the same as this.
