Looking at the final rest pictures it looks like the cruiser t-boned the Charger, but that was not a small impact.

I saw this on my way home from work today. Looked pretty bad.

DUS 4th is a felony and failure to stop for blue lights is also a felony (I'm sure you know that). And I'm pretty sure they can chase into adjoining counties up to a certain distance as well (can't remember if it's 3 miles, or 30 miles).

DUS 4th is not a felony, although if the license was suspended as a result of a DUI or DUAC conviction the penalty is greater.

FTSBL is a felony IF great bodily injury results. Depending upon the deputies' injuries this charge may be a felony.

Like I said, I have respect for CCSD, but I believe SLED is still investigating the pursuit from a few months ago and they don't need this right now.

I was third car is this till red bank. She was wanted by probation and parole. She also had three warrants through NCPD. The tags were suspended for cancelation of insurance. I'm glad no one else got hurt. When we got to Goosecreek she started going in circles and 50 cops caught up so we pulled out and took perimeter in case she bailed on foot.

We joined near the beginning and my video was 15m long.

Well, since I only joined two days ago, I guess I can plead ignorance, lol. Is there still a "street racing" scene around here anymore? I remember back in high school that everyone would meet up in the Super K-Mart parking lot on Rivers and just hang out for a while a do some stupid shit, like that Mexican guy that had the Cadillac DeVille with the train horns that he would blast.
