I can't remember how I came across this site, maybe I saw something on FastGM, but i figured I would come check it out. I have had a chance to look around and noticed that alot of you guys are usually out at dorchester. I will have to come say whats up to those of you I don't know next time I make it out.

No kidding! I still need to order my Harwood hood, new front bumper cover and PPG clear. I hope it's done by mid june...

I was originally going to go with the big SS hood from VFN since I don't like the Sunoco hood but, I think the Harwood 2.5 inch cowl that Sean Baker had on his car follows the body lines much better.

yeah on an lt1 they flow much better, the ls1 goes better with the sunoco.

Nope, I am just painting it. I had the fenders off because I had to replace one due to a crack and wanted to cut in the back sides of both. The car has both fenders back on now and I finished up the body work, I hope to prime it this week sometime.


BTW I think I saw your truck at tech's car show saturday... Here is a picture of a S-10 me and some friends put together, It's got a 5-link, 2 inch drop spindles and it's been notched of course... everything was rhino lined also. If you are on S10forums you might have seen it before.

Yea, I was at the show yesteday. Had some friends there showing and decided to drop by after house hunting.

Actually, I might have seen pics online. Never in person. Does it have a nice set of chrome wheels on it now?

Yeah it has wheel tubs and a cover on the bed. He did a show a while back and had a friends set of wheels on it, although he may have his own now.

Trying to get up an LT based motor or 6.0 out of the fullsize

I come across 5.3's with spun bearings at work all the time, I can get them for the $150 core charge as a long block. I am also hoping to come across a 6.0 block so I can build something like a nasty 402 for my car.
