$3,000 FWD and Imports v/s Domestic Shootout
 

We have a Import event scheduled for say Oct 12, and was trying to have a exhibition Shootout between Imports and domestics. There is suppose to be, some faster than our average local imports coming down from N.C. Therefore, We are looking for domestic cars in the range of 6.0 to 7.50. I know it's a wide range between the times, but anything can happen.

Rules;
Nothing faster than 6.0
No tire bigger than a 29"
Any power adder
No boxes allowed
Protree
Head-Up
16 car field

To ensure that there is an even amount of cars on both side, we will pick names to see who participate in race. It's FREE ENTRY, $1,000 to win. Would anybody like to participate?

So, is it 3K payout or 1K. Are you having more than one class? Is it a problem if we run in the 5's in this race, is that going to be a breakout? Need some clarification here Lenny, your not very clear on how your going to run this race.

The Import FWD class will pay $3,000 to win. The Import v/s Domestic class will pay $1,000 to win.

this saturday is import showdown in tennessee and srt showdown in orlando. alot of local guys import wise with shit that runs is going to tennessee :(

Parking will be organized like regular race day. There's alot of cars confirmed to come. It's getting alot if feedback on Facebook. There are some faster then average imports coming from N.C., but nothing that can run with your car Josh. We have added some more classes, with great payouts for street cars. Will post them up in a few.

Oh, track will be fully prepped.

Gonna try to come out and spectate.

Put some wooden barricades up so none of the usual rice box deluxes track through the "water box" AKA "water spot" at dorchester. That would tremendously help cars with more than 200 HP.

^^^I like. Lately we have been enforcing the less inexperienced guys to go around the water box verses thru it. It just take them a little longer to grasp the concept.

Bad part is front wheel drive, but unless they have drag radials or slicks, they will be going around the water. I'll help yall out. And lord help us if Marcus shows up lmao!

That's what all those idiots have hooks on their bumper for, park the tractor back there and get a chain to hold their massive horsepower back. Tractor should hold them no problem, because if its a fast import its only 800# with the driver in it.
