It's not just the Mustang owner's fault...but the crowd of people standing by the entrance with their cameras out and egging them on. One guy in the video was continuously making "spin the tires" gestures for each car. People would cheer and wave when cars would do that as well. Of course, ultimately the responsibility rests on the individual who succumbs to the peer pressure...but it isn't just his fault. Sucks that Charlotte got shut down though.

the fault is completely on the driver there... thats just a dumb place to try and do anything... theres another entrance that WILL have someone pulling out...

dang what caused him to go spinning sideways into the hydrant? Did he put it in second while spinning? The wheels didn't looked turned for my angle, but it's hard to tell.

He started flooring it while still turning out of the parking lot and kept his foot planted in the gas while it skated around.
