I did live live three miles from Greer dway about four years ago & I went to Shadyside dway almost every thursday,Greer dway sucks.

yea i havent even ran at greer and i think greer sucks. $35 for 3 runs? thats bull. Where is shadyside at?

Just found some infro on Ware Shoals dragway. Not too far. Anybody have any info on this place?

Alot of the Badmustang club members and southeastern foxbody members race at the track. They seem to like it.

Decent track according to Zac. Thats his home track, kinda compares to Brochessa

Ware Shoals is OK. Its better than greer. But shady side is by far the best up there. Might be a little far away for you. Its just past the N.C. state line up 85. We could get there in 45 min's from Greer.

from tha looks of it ware shoals is the closest to my house. just a real quick trip down 418 like not even 30 minutes. Is it eigth or quarter mile?

Its 1/8. The shut down area is kinda cool. It drops down goes across a bridge that goes across a creek then goes back up hill. The main reason I like shady side better is because they never have bracket racing on a test and tune night. Ware shoals does, but if your just looking to get in a few passes to see where you at it'll be fine.

ware shoals was nice track when i went there! they got a badass crx v8 there!

yeah the tahoe has a 5.7 in it. its mine.

and i dont even know why robert called you out with it. it has heavy 20's with heavy 35's. it aint no race truck it wont even get out its own way

lol i guess he thought my truck is slow. I get that all the time. mostly kids in stock rangers and v6 mustangs. Always think my truck is a turtle...til they see my tail lights 4 lengths ahead of them =P. Not too shabby for a 3000 pound mini truck with a big ass v6 in it lol

Yea i mean as of right now all i can do is go to local dragways. Im on a part time high school budget and cant make too many trips or buy too much to build up the motor with.

when u can get the race up ill give you a car legnth. and gap ya. so just let me know.

ware shoals is alright but i like shadyside better,it took me 45 minutes to get to shadyside dw every thursday and i lived only 3 miles from greer dw.

yes in the tahoe. i have rode in a many of s10 extreme with 4.3 a friend of mine had one 5 speed with 4.3, and yeah ill give u one with the tahoe and gap you. im not saying i think it will i know it will. its a s10. not worried bout ya. when u run high 9's let me know. but i know this race will never happen

you really truly think you would beat me? That tahoe weighs twice as much as my truck and those bigass tires aint helpin you. Ive beaten v6 mustangs in this thing by 2 lengths easy. Id be surprised if that tahoe would run a low 17 on tha quarter.

i turned my computer back on just to say this. even though i do have bolt ons u SHOULD still beat me, i mean your truck is way lighter then my tahoe. you are 2wd. you do have little tires. and i mean my tahoe IS 4 wheel drive. does have 35 inch tires. hell my rims weight 50 pounds a piece. i have a system in the back that weighs as much and prolley cost as much as your truck. but here is how it would be if you put yours in the lights beside my tahoe pedro. http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/h.../newtails3.jpg
