Thanks fellas!

No definites yet...still working on Relo Package...scouring Craigs list and other avenues for a temp shack for me to lay down in.

I only need a place to lay my head and wash my nasty ass every night. Nothing expensive or big.

The wife and little stewie will come later on (probably 6months later) so that he can finish school, give us time to clean up the condo, get it on the market and sell it...or refinance and rent out.

Once a Marine Always a Marine...

Yup will be good to hang out with Dol and Chris again! This time around on a permanent basis! Good times....and looking forward to hangin out with the rest of you guys in the Chas area as well!!:cheers

Be on the lookout soon for the Hammer!

chrisheltra 01-06-2009 03:03 PM

I asked the wife if you could shack up here on the cheap and she was a little sketchy on the idea seeing as though she doesnt know you. Cant say I blame her for that but I tried for ya bud.:bigthumb::cheers

bgstew6 01-06-2009 03:08 PM

Sounds fun and like some sneaky shit!

bgstew6 01-06-2009 03:38 PM

Bingo

blkscls1z 01-06-2009 03:39 PM

Hey bgstew6, what was your MOS in the Marine Corps?

bgstew6 01-06-2009 03:45 PM

Started out
2841/2843
then 2861/2842

IF you know comm then you would say how the hell did he get to be a 42 without being 2818/2821 as the career progression path? Well my last duty station (where I currently work) saw fit to bend the rules and got to carry two primaries in two different fields back in the day coupled with Numerous duties and training/certifications in Intel, NBC and Recon to boot.

Now a days with the restructuring of the comm field in the corps recently, alot of the fields have merged together....old MOS's went away with new ones to take their place as a merging of two.

blkscls1z 01-06-2009 04:13 PM

Sounds like you had a whole stack of hats you carried around with you.

I was asking because I work at the SPAWAR MAGTF C4ISR Lab.

bgstew6 01-06-2009 04:16 PM

I will be seeing ya around then:) IF ya havent already....

Its not the first time that I have been to SPAWAR LOL

chrisheltra 01-06-2009 04:28 PM

Hmm Ill have to ask the SSO if I can get access to this area sounds cool. BTW I hated working on SPAWAR facilities and like my accommodations much better now.

Is that in 3112 or 3113? I do some stuff out there too and have heard of C4ISR, but have never worked on the project. Most of the people I work with come from Complex D in the back corner near the pond, the UHF Lab.

bgstew6 01-06-2009 04:36 PM

Got a few buddies all over the station...too funny...

NOW SOMEONE FIND ME A CHEAP ASS PLACE TO TEMP LODGE!!! RONFLMAO

I could be wrong b/c its been a while since Ive worked in 3113 but I dont think its in that building(3113 is the one closest to the gate right? Its been that long:roll:). I know they have a few SCIF's in 3112 aswell. Although the whole base is pretty much a huge SCIF. LOL

I tried but it looks like $535 is the cheapest if you want to live on your own in a 1/1. And about $325 IIRC to shack with someone else.

LXtasy 01-06-2009 04:47 PM

The apartments I live in are $625 a month for 2bed 1 bath in GC area.

Oh and welcome.

bgstew6 01-06-2009 04:52 PM

I guess I will sleep in the shop...LOL

Im not paying 625 a month out there and a house note on top of that back in Cali LOL....I dont make that much GatDamn money

Country boy can survive....
