I dont care about PS2, your slow ass car that will never run, or how many cars and trucks you claim to beat with that silverado. All I care about is you gettin in the lights and lookin at taillights.

Topic: Valve spring tool

Your point? I need one you don't have to pull the head to use.

BAD BOB 07-28-2009 04:43 PM

make one! i sell you mine after i done with it!!!

Matts94Z28 07-28-2009 08:57 PM

my point is that you are referring to a VALVE installation tool, not valve spring compressor... the "big" one you have is used to install valves in heads, not springs.

if you need a tool to install valves then they must be the wrong size valves:poke:

BigdaddyDupree 07-28-2009 10:25 PM

HAMMERS ftw.

Robert Holton 07-28-2009 10:49 PM

i know what i would do with a hammer if i had an ls1

BigdaddyDupree 07-28-2009 11:05 PM

BAD BOB 07-29-2009 01:41 PM

they go fast too!

Matts94Z28 07-29-2009 02:16 PM

They spin the hell out of some bearings... but they also make cars like this run175mph in the 1/8th. I know he runs in ORSCA

Pesce Nero 07-29-2009 03:15 PM

how much of that engine is an LS1?

LXtasy 07-29-2009 04:55 PM

That is actually an LT1 car. But that is a carb'd ls1 intake manifold, coil packs, and maybe plug wires. :D

BAD BOB 07-29-2009 05:15 PM

its a ls1 motor in a lt1 car. they know how to do it right!

Harry 07-29-2009 05:17 PM

Anything can run big numbers with the right amount of money. LS1,4.6,351,302,350 so on and so for. You just have to do you homework and come up with the right combo.

BAD BOB 07-29-2009 05:19 PM

but the ls motors run real strong right out the box

not what i ment. its a pushrod v8 with state of the art combustion chambers, port design, and ram tuning. same as the hemi. both engines make alot more hp per ci than engines of the 70s

and you can easly compare fords mod motors to the 427 soch of yesteryear

Pesce Nero 07-29-2009 06:00 PM

Greg, is that bad ass LS1 done yet?
