I thought the factory curb weight (not gvwr) was around ~6500lbs for even the heaviest of 2500HD's. I work around a scale at work and we are always fucking around with weighing personal vehicles. Only seen a couple of pick-ups come close to 8Klbs and they were dullies with toolboxes/compressors in the back.

my 2008 2wd 2500 duramax weighed 7800lbs with me, lorenz, and a full tank of diesel at the scales on the AFB. right now im getting 17mpg around town and up to 23 on the road depending how i drive

duramax vs duramax for 50 cant go any higher than that alittle broke this month by the way what the h*** did the f-250 have in it other than the twin turbs and the computer and what year is ur duramax

the f250 was stock turbos with a spartan 310 tuner and an intake, also on stock gears.

mine is a 2008, its the dark gray duramax with bright blue headlights that is always running at dorchester
