Not to mention the hours spent at Show Zone vs. an untuned 346 ci ls motor.

And I agree, does not make the car fast(er). But it has helped with some traction issues. And rides smoother for the most part, aside from pot holes.

And do I know of or seen this t/a before? What kinda race are we talking about? For money, prolly not. Just don't like the fact that everyone lies to hustle and get money instead of just running what you have and seeing who wins and being truthfull. I know it sounds like a silly concept but its just me.

Yes, its Zacs car. And what I told you is what it is. TH400, full weight T/A with the exception of the hood, 6 Point bars, stock ci 346 LS1, small turbo, stock cam, stock heads. Its in a nutshell an automatic Trans Am with a small turbo and a 6 point. O, and backwards headers.

t/a's are around 3700ish lbs, maybe wee bit less? You're prolly a way better driver than I as well.

I will still race, but prolly not for much more than a icedream cone from chicy chic.

Nah, from what I hear, if I went 20x10 staggered in the rear with a 275 tire, then I may have to roll fenders, stock ride height is pretty high. When I hit the suspension, it may have to be worked on.

Now I am unsure what to do for the summer, only thing cosmetic I want to do is smoke the rear and side markers.

After that, cannot decide. Rebuild tranny....pulley swap to 12lbs, foraged internals, meth, spray, cam swap ect......

Going to pick one in the next month and run with it.

Also, yours is faster than mine by leaps and bounds I am sure of that as well. I don't race for money due to the fact I know my car is not as fast as most of yalls purpose built cars. I have respect for your car and when I GG'ed I will have more respect for it I am sure.

T70 is upwords of 700-800hp max out range? With a nice engine build, I am sure you're at/around mid/high 500 hp/tq.

So a free race, or I can buy you a drink at Sonic or something.

I actually hook better with them, I am guessing the 275 vs the 245 stock helps the most. I am tempted to show up at Dorchester this Sun, but afraid it will be packed and not worth it to run.

I've been toying with the idea of purchasing 4 wheel scales.

The cat scales will not work for his car only lightnings and larger vehicles are accurately weighed on them. :hide:
