never been there' is it still open and running ' and what days or nights do they run on '' :ty:

I will be out there on the way home from Columbia. They usually open around 4-5 on Sunday nights and have an occasional race on Saturday.

We should be there tomorrow night with our dually. Dorchester is a lot closer to us, but it's been a damn long time since we've been out there - probably haven't been since last June when we bought the truck.

howd the dually run?

Pulled a 10.7 out of it tonight [ran a 12.5 stock]. Apparently that's pretty good for such a huge truck lol. Spun the hell out of the tires in the 140hp tunes. Consistent times in the 100hp tune. I enjoyed going faster than a car 1/3 the weight of the truck :lol:

A friend of mine wasn't lying when he said diesel's are addicting ... already got a list of parts for future purchases :bigthumb:

Truck needs a HPOP, BAD.

I had fun tonight... only made three passes. The car didn't want to hook up to well, but I managed to trap 89mph and still gap Joe!

BTW, Joes car is flat out moving...

12.5 stock??? Are they really that slow stock? What year is yours? My 03 dually would go 10.0 on a 100hp tune.

Matt treed me, we both red lighted though. I then spun like hell and he got way ahead, I was running him down but when we went through the traps he had me by a nose.



Anyway, got a new best once I figured out the best way to launch it.

Joe... I seriously think it was closer than a nose. I looked back as I went through the beams and you were not there... you were in front of my by that point. LOL. Good to see the car moving out like that! Throw some slicks on it and cut a 1.5 and you will be in the 6's. Congrats!

It's a '99 7.3L 6-spd. Last year we ran it the day after we bought it and the best we got out of it was a 12.5.

Cant remember which tune I got the 10.7 out of, it was either the 100hp or the 140hp, I was going back and forth through all of 100-140 tunes. We made about 13 passes with it last night. We'll see what it does once we get the HPOP in it.

keep in mind that the dually is also a manual!
