slowgreen99 10-15-2012 09:07 PM

Any electrical included?

2001hawk 10-15-2012 11:32 PM

Mine is 2600 sq ft. It has a two post lift, heat, 120 and 240 power and a full bathroom. I need to coat the floor in it and the attached garage. Kinda still debating for meow.

Naw,not from the contractor. But i am a residential electrician.I worked as a electrician for 5 years when i was younger. Certified and all..Beleieve it or not i am actually certified as a tig and mig pipe welder also..Just didnt like doing the hands on work.Found work inside at a desk and liked that much better..lol...But i have a 200 amp service me and my buddy Steve installed yesterday..Its gonna have 200 amp inside also..I have ordered 6 T5 HO lights for main lighting.Am gonna be installing one 30A 220 for the car lift, one 50A 220 for a welding machine, one 50A for a car trailer to plug into outside and i will still have 34 spaces in the panel for outlets and such...Its a little bit of overkill having such a big panel inside but do it right the first time and there is plenty of space for upgrading later, because each year i prob will add on another 12ft bay untill i am happy with how big the garage is...lol

Ugh. Your damn garage is literally twice as big as my house.
