FS: White 98 Z28, LSX 434, Maggie, ~700HP, Tranzilla

434 ci & Magnuson Currently Running at 5 lbs Boost. Tuner Estimated 700 Flywheel HP. You could overdrive the rear pulleys for 10 lbs Boost, which would be well over 800 HP. Any more than ~850 would take a bigger Super Charger

listing this for a buddy, he may list it on LS1 tech under his user name, but he don't get on forums much.

Here is a List of Mods; all built by the owner with help from his son and a few Select People.
Have OVER $50,000 invested not Counting Labor.

There is More Stuff and More Parts that go with the car. New AC Compressor, pulleys, etc. Too Much to list. Some optional parts also for sale.

We took the MSD coils off and replaced them with New GM coils because of problems. The GM coils are actually more durable.

I probably have no more than 3,000 miles on the new motor. I have driven it from exit 165 (Bowman) to the Navy Base as a DD, all the bugs are worked out of it.

The front suspension has adjustable coil overs. The front is lowered in some of the early pictures, but I later raised it back up for ground clearance for headers, and just to ride softer. If you are not going to DD it, you could lower it back down.

JP tuned this car, and said it was a very nice car IIRC. Never raced, just built.

Yep, that's the one. i think JP could give a good recommendation to any potential buyer. if JP sees this, he is free to correct/edit anything I said, or mis-represented.

it's a good deal for the sum of the parts, and the motor.

You could just get in & drive it, maybe change up rims or tires just to personalize it some

and have an awesome car

Why the heck is Ira selling it?! I have the 12-bolt out of this car. He is a good guy and has some bad ass parts on this car.

04ctd 02-05-2013 01:48 PM

hurt his back, had surgery, was out for a while.

just can't do any maintenance on it. it was his "stress relief" and now it hurts to work on it.

Matts94Z28 02-05-2013 01:50 PM

Ahhh, I hate to hear that. He's a super nice guy.

The fellas name is Ira, don't recall his last name. He lives out near the Bowman Fire department.

How much maintenance does it require that he doesn't have a friend that can take care of it either just to help out a friend in need or for some beer or whatever?? Just asking? Sorry to jack the thread.

I think he can't enjoy tinkering on it...and that was what he really enjoyed,

I do not think it needs any maintenance, i guess i worded that wrong.

yeah, he goes by Dee (middle name), but everything at our work goes by first names, so he goes by both.

most people that know Dee, know he would not sell it if it needed anything, all his stuff is 110% good to go.

Hey guys! I am still around. Ira or Dee, its still me. :)

It sucks to have to sell this car. I recently finished everything. It only needs a little cosmetic TLC under the hood to be show worthy.

I know one thing. I have had some fast cars, but this one takse the cake and the cookies. I was going to over drive the rear pullies on the maggie, but I think it would be scarry, but fun. :)

Later

Dee emailed me back this AM,
he also has an Brand New in the Box Dual Walbro Fuel Pump Setup for High Boost that he would sell separate, with the car, or after the car sells. You would probably need that to go over ~850hp
