There is a clean one about 40 miles from my folks place for $1,000. However you would have to swap your vin since the guy lost the title. Most people aren't into doing that.....

Where at?

The interior is terrible, but the body is nice. I've thought about buying it a couple times....

It's also an auto car, but you can get a pedal assembly cheap, or use the one from your car...

Can you get a title in this state for a car that wasn't titled to you if you re not a business?

85chevyman 03-10-2013 08:53 PM

I'm not sure I know here if the car is in ur name u. Can get a duplicate title

oldskoolstang 03-11-2013 09:25 AM

South Carolina is probably different than Georgia, but the seller is wrong. It's a giant pain in the ass to get a title to a car that's not in your name. Not worth the trouble to me, but I'm not opposed to doing a little vin swapping. No one would ever know unless you told them. The one i posted the link to is an 89 and about the only noticeable difference from his 92 would be the air bag column.....

Yea I don't mind the vin swap either,I'm not planing on selling it

oldskoolstang 03-12-2013 11:52 PM

I've got an 85 coupe for cheap, but it's not really swap worthy in my opinion. It needs quarter glasses and lots of other little things. Floors have surface rust and pin holes.....I wouldn't fix it, but it wouldn't be hard. In the scrap price range of $300.....Pics are on here, look under my posts....

Heck my body is worse than that how hard is it to swap vin numbers
