42# injectors

Anyone have a set of high impedence 42's laying around? I need them by the weekend.

usmcgunner 05-07-2013 01:17 PM

Scratch that, I just found a set of new ones, for 106 shipped. Anyone need new injectors, at a VERY reasonable cost, with flow charts and warranty, let me know, I found a great source for them.

I will need some soon

RoadconeTuning 05-07-2013 01:53 PM

what brand are they?

This is the link I found on a Merkur Forum:

i found a guy that sells remanufactured injectors. i just ordered some 55's for $200 with a 1year warranty. great price, he sells for more but after speaking to him about
how many folks here could use those size injectors he says he can honor the $200 price for the 550cc to merkursport members.

he has 36's all the way up. of course the price varies per size but the prices are great! all you have to do is mention stet from merkursport and he will take care of you!

call tom at tlf performance parts and dont forget to mention your pat of merkursport.

i'm pretty sure they come with flow sheets, if you want to wait till i test mine i'll receive them early next week and i'll report back.

Do as you must, what difference does it make? Do we really have to visit the Merkur thing all over again????

PewterSS 05-07-2013 08:12 PM

Are you gonna tune it yet

PewterSS 05-07-2013 08:13 PM

If not you couldve just drilled the injectors out and increase f.p.on it....ftw

usmcgunner 05-07-2013 09:38 PM

I just bought my injectors, and getting my new Walboro this weekend. I'm looking for an easy plug and play SDS.

PewterSS 05-07-2013 09:43 PM

Better that then nothing! As long as you can get your afr balanced throughout your powerband your golden

usmcgunner 05-07-2013 09:48 PM

I also need to retard my cam timing a bit. Now, it set to 10* tdc.

Isn't the guy going to catch on with all of the Merkur owners needing TWO complete sets of injectors... I guess as long as we are lying we could just say the other 4 are for another car or spares for later.
