Shootout ???
Who won the shoot out? Left after first round. Had to work this morning
Clint, after first round there was a antifreeze spill down the entire track. There was 11 cars total in the Shootout. The 5 remaining drivers decided to split the purse. There was a good mixture of turbo cars that made things interesting. Looking forward to seeing what kinda cars the race on labor day will bring. Thanks, to everyone that came out yesterday!
Antifreeze again?!? Race car or street car?
Streetcar, the little blue Extreme S-10 with paper tags on the back.
anyone that spills antifreeze should be banned for life
Ldelee, just throwing this out there. For the labor day shootout have a 6.0 race also and let the guys know about it in advance. There were a few there yesterday like jeff alston who thought the 6.0 race was on. This would help track conditions alot. Hold the street car till after the races. Stuffs is going to get spilled, but antifreeze dont belong on a dragstrip. U cant get it off the once its down.

Man that's messed up
I like these this race but can we try and have the same thing but must be a street car tags insurance

You would have to have 2 classes 1 for bad bob lol no 1 hp class then a power adder class
So I guess I fit in here as well. I got tags and insurance on my street car too.
I guess let's all put dot street tires on and do it
I got drag radials, no problem. Im down with that.
Guys I didnt mean to offend anyone with the street car suggestion, just tired of seeing my car blow the tires off after the 60 ft mark.
Understandable, Clint. With the track temperature(145) and you guys basically being the first slick tire cars down the track made it difficult. We will be taking up the old rubber to the 100' mark this week. And guys we will have the Street Car race. There will be 2 classes, were just trying to confirm purse and date.
