Mobile Dyno Needed

Guys, we have an event coming up and would like to do a Dyno Shootout@ the racetrack. I knew of the only AWD dyno on the East Coast, but there booked for a show in Texas. Do anyone else know of any other mobile dyno's that we could contact? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is that one called "Dyno on the Go"??

That's the only one I know of.

LDELEE 08-22-2013 09:17 AM

Yes, you are correct. Unfortunately, I contacted them but they were booked. We want to be able to dyno front wheel import cars as well. Do you have to have a AWD dyno the be able dyno them?

you can dyno fwd or rwd on a 2wd dyno, but being mobile it will depend if his trailer is long enough and set up with tie downs to do fwd.

ProDyno is the only one I know of. Out of N. Carolina.

i've never seen a mobile dyno that didnt have 987520938475234 tie down points. and yeah ProDyno might have an opening... you'll get a bunch of high numbers from him too tho.

Pro-DYno normally wants fuel costs plus 20 car minumum to load and ride down

LDELEE 08-22-2013 03:01 PM

Ok, checking on Prodyno now.

for enough money we could rig something up, lol

LDELEE 08-22-2013 03:31 PM

Just got off the phone with ProDyno, there booked as well. Guy said the book 12 minths in advance. Dang it, I didn't think it would be so difficult to find one. Didn't realize the high demand for them. He did give us a quote of quarenteed $1,500 worth of Cars making pulls plus his fuel. I guess that wasn't to bad, but really don't know because this is our first time using one. And now the search continue!

1998ta__1991rs 08-22-2013 04:31 PM

sounds like we need to shut the shop down and throw the dyno on a trailer

chrisheltra 08-22-2013 05:17 PM

I'm gonna buy two mobile dynos cash money and start making bank.

I've called 3 mobile Dyno operations, Dyno-To-Go, ProDyno and DynoBos. All are pretty much booked for the next 2 months. Business must be good.

GreebeanZ28 08-22-2013 08:06 PM

Just have the dyno deal at Redline lol.
