some may know this car as "benny". it has some mods, and is overall in good shape. real nice interior, drivers seat isnt torn and steering wheel is mint. the main problem with this car is it has been apart more than it was together over the years, so there is a few things that need to be repaired/replaced/fixed/installed correctly. it is now mostly stock with a couple mods. it seems to drive good and run pretty good with great oil pressure. however, i think it may have a broke ring as it has some blowby coming out of the oil fill when you remove the cap.
I'm looking for $3500, and will consider trades. im in spartanburg, sc.

radiator support is dented. (i have a good support that goes with the car)
abs wire is broken at the plug. should be an easy fix.
3rd gear synchro is gone. can drive the car without it though.
engine may have a broke ring? (slight puff-puff coming out oil filler tube)
paint has some clearcoat coming off in places

i will most likely part it out. gonna be awhile though.

I would put it on CL at $3200 or so, and drop it to $3000 after a week or so.

that's the price range i was finding on tastefully modded LT1's when I was looking last month.

the rims & tires & hard top M6 make it pretty desirable.

its a desirable car, but i know these problems are really going to run buyers away. its got 2 really big hitters on the fix list. i could fix the trans and sell a complete t56 swap, and the engine would actually be a quick fix as well. if i had enough time and motivation, i could fix the problems and put the car back together. but at this point its going to take a lot for me just to take the thing back apart again. when i was going back together with it, i was counting on the engine being ready to rock and roll.... so i spent some money on a new a/c compressor and stuff like that, only to fire the thing up for the first time and see smoke coming out the exhaust.
very frustrating.

Seeing as how ive already owned this car twice I figure i should get a discount.
