Got to ride in another JDM/Whipple truck today

WOW...I was impressed

My truck runs low 7's, and pulls no where near what that thing does up top. They may have some suspension/tire work to do but once dialed-in.......well I'll leave it at that.

Good luck with the truck guys..... :gears:

Just want to say THANK YOU to everyone involved in a long and expensive process. I fit were not for the following people it would not have been possiable- (Paris)aka Lurch, Slow04, Slow94, muscle68, turtle03, and Lightning Mike. I am truely thankful for the support I have been given. The truck has now run for 3 days in a row without a problem, in 3 more days it will set a new personal best.

Slow 04 needs to get a best with the stock block setup before they pull it apart. Give me a stock block # to shoot for.
Congrats on your truck, Bill. :bigthumb:

Sorry about the pics, but I am way too dumb to be able to get them from the camera and on to the site.
Yes Lurch has driven it some, in the drive way. I have driven it past a few corn fields and it broke the same day, so if Slow 04 will quit with the VOODOO crap and take the hex off I should be OK.

Glad to hear everything went well. Now let's get some numbers!!! :lol
Glad you can start enjoying it again.

:gears: Silver truck already has a 7.81 posted, that was with only 6lbs of boost off the line, probably has a low 7.7 in her but I'll never know,we're pulling the motor friday and making the swap. Hopefully she'll be up and running by "thursday" and ready to terrorize after a brief break-in period

 Ol'boy thats not a "voodoo hex" that you're feeling in your truck, thats nothing but pure unadulterated fear when the silver truck gets near

:D Ya'll can make it......we might have to put those black trucks on a trailerand tow 'em :eek2:

Whaler 07-11-2007 09:11 PM

I'm going to try to make it, plus if the weather holds we can drive 5 minutes to the land overlooking the Ashley River (next to my house) and take some pics of the trucks and cars with an awesome background.
Bring your cameras and coolers. :D

Woulda, coulda, shoulda. If that's the best you could get, we understand. I don't blame you. I wouldn't want to scatter it all over the track either. :poke: :gramps2:
