I would get there after 4pm. They say gates open at 3. Several times I had to wait till 4pm till they actually opened the gates. They are having a 10.5 outlaw race and test n tune. :D

I had a great time. It was hot. Lucky we had a huge shade tree :D

:joke: Im still not happy 8.34 was my best but I was running consistant mid 8.4. I was expecting 7's. While Frank was running 8.2X. Plus I figured you were in on the "What will Chris run" bet also.

I never discussed a bet with anyone. Sorry you didn't run a better time, but as I mentioned in another thread, there USUALLY aren't any new bests in this kind of weather.

Hey Chris. You did your best.....Start blaming the tuner. I don't see no impressive numbers coming out of his shop and I know a bunch of Mustangs that came to him and went some place else because of the poor track numbers.

What tuner? Help a brother out.

Atleast you guys have fluid to keep your charge cool. I lost 5mph in trap and 6 tenths in this swamp weather.

Needless to say...I just come to watch during the Summer, now.

Damn 6 tenths..........With the Eaton I would drop .2-.3 and 3 mph. I don't have enough data to say how much I drop with the Whipple, but I don't think it's as much.

If it is worth the drive you could take Dan at Pro-Dyno up on his offer to get you power over your current tune or he will return your vehicle to how you brought it in and you only pay for the dyno time.

I am sure there are alot of guys that tune great but I am partial to Pro-Dyno but I do not have a car or timeslips to prove he is better than anyone else. You can see some of his customers rides over on CarolinaRides
