Are you the owner of Bowman? Or just a spokesman?

Just curious that is all.

As far as I know he is the track promoter with a direct line to the owner. I believe the other Ronald is the owner.

The track is name after the owner deceased son Dwayne. Raymond the owner lives across the street from the track. The guy at the gate is the brother in law.
