2011 true street rules.
1. Must drive to the track. No trailers allowed.
2. Must RACE on DOT approved tires. If it has a DOT approval, you can run it. Tire changes are allowed, but only to a DOT approved tire. This is what most of us pretty much agreed on Sat night at D's. Breaking down was also brought up. Im going to be at every event. So I am volunteering my truck and trailer. It will be at the events every time, and it holds two cars. From what I gathered last night the consensus was to keep it at Bowman. My personal feelings are that last year we tried Dorchester and couldnt make it through our list, we just cut the night short. Dorchester is just crowded. Every time we went to Bowman we were able to finish with day light to spare. |

If you want to drive to the track on your race tires then do so. I will be changing my tires when I race regardless. |
