I can't say anything about 4 cylinder turbos. I had 4 of the 86 Dodge Omni GLH turbo cars. And with no more than a fish tank air bleeder and better exhaust, they would run 9 flat in the 8th. Now keep in mind, that isnt shit to todays standards, but in 86 -89 the Corvette would only run mid 9's in the 8th, and the IROC's. I was having a blast with them for sure. I had one I put a fogger on, and even in third gear with front wheel drive, when you would squeeze it, it would just spin in the same direction you were heading, no steering it, til you lifted..:bigthumb:

On those bullet wheels and low profile BFG-TA's you had on there ..... No wonder

Uh-oh!.........Are we considering a change of allegiance over to the Mopar side?

I believe if I had to grow up all over again wrenching on and driving hot-rods, I would probably favor Mopar for the second go-round. Don't get me wrong, the Fords have been fun through the years, but when you see a fast Mopar, it certainly turns heads.

I certainly don't have any complaints with my Dodge dually or my wife's Daytona Charger. They have both been very reliable and I like the engineering I see in the powertrains. They both look rather simple to wrench on compared to the complexity you see under the hood of today's Fords.
