I heard reports that the cross gender person was camping out in the women's bathroom. Once the uncertain sexual orientation of this strangely acting individual in the women's bathroom was brought out in the open, the beating commenced.

Sometimes society actually connects the dots outside of the law and applies their own brand of justice. Kind of like when one drug dealer eliminates another drug dealer. Cops call that a "public service" killing. Looks like this McDonald's incident may have been in fact a "public service" behavior correction.
