i kinda wondered same thing till i was told its titled and insured retains all functions to be on the street. blinkers/brake lights head lights.
it can be street driven but won't be.
i have seen a few very similar looking mustangs in fl and during mustang week driving around on full slicks/skinny mini tube with a 25.5 cage,shute and all on.. this was like 5 yrs ago(mustang week) the fox body got called out by a turbo viper(red) from willmington and one of the stipulations was it had to drive around all day to the show and make a 15 minute drive around the beach before the race.
