Actually, I have tossed around the idea of taking it to Midway, especially since they are open on a day that I am available. However, why go when guys who have been racing longer than I have been alive and have been MUCH faster tell me EVEN my car could be dangerous on that surface. If I hear that it is working, then I will go.
A major complaint within the racing community, not just this board, is that there is not enough money being put into the track. This also applies to to another local track in the area, which is why I do not take my car there either.
I would go to bowman more, but thats impossible considering I work Friday nights. So where does that leave me?
What room do you have to talk? You have not been to a track since 2005. I am perfectly fine with driving my car on the weekends and enjoying it.
