I charge $600 with a used 411 or 896 pcm or $500 with no pcm.
You are basically removing all the wires but 3 or 4 from each connector and switching them to the other connector and a different pin number. I got lucky years ago and had a company give me there diagrams for doing the re-pin, they just asked I dont post there info. If you dig around on tech enough you will find diagrams on what to do, the info on tech is similar to what I use.
Its not hard to do if you take your time and pay attention.

Any way you could email it to me? I wouldn't post the info either

I'm getting ready to back out to sea, so I won't be able to mess with it for several months any ways. My gas gauge doesn't work right now any ways. I have the aluminum tank and for some reason the sender isn't working.
