the cable has alot of tension on it and is pulling the gear that opens/closes the blend door off of the shaft...so it its forced shut by the air coming in...which pushes hot air through the ducts...ima play with the cable/gear and if i cant get it to work properly ill just force the door to stay open until winter comes around
