this. like i said, it's not for everyone, but a lot of people dont know about it and i wanted to put it out there in case anyone was interested... it has been phenomenal for myself and my family and we all feel much better physically as a result of following the program... i'm not going to go into too much detail, but many of my mother's health problems have disappeared over the last 6 months as well and i will say that my grandfather- who had a heart transplant, is healthier and more energetic than he has been in years
