The truck was there because I was quoted 2.5 weeks for an install of the turbo.all i added was delete abs. I guess deleting abs adds $3k and 6 months. But even though all the perimeters of the install were known including the 120 psi injectors and driver the price was quoted

since the truck has been back there have been many issues that are safety issues that I guess are not important. brakes aren't needed wtf? discovered that should have been addressed while it was at the shop. Here is a short list. Items fixed are by US not HHP and never offered to be fixed or refunding me any money.

1. fuel leaks around fuel logs (fixed)
2. o2 sensors not connected and in need of jumper harness ( I made harness)
3. brakes fittings leaking and no brakes (still fighting this battle)
4. catch can not installed (fixed)
5. fuel line run loosely in driveshaft tunnel. hmm i do see much an issue here... (fixed)
6. drain for ice box in back of truck open draining into the passenger compartment instead of outside of vehicle. (fixed)
7. screwed relays to to the excellent condition interior panel for the fuel pumps (too late to change)
8. missing cut off switch for fans or pumps. need this to download tune so battery does not die. (fixed)
9. hot side was to be ceramic hot coated and wrapped. all I got was it plumbed. (exhaust wrapped)
10. hoses from icebox to bulge pump and intercooler were just thrown in the passenger compartment laying loosely on the floorboard without any care for how it looked (fixed)
11. charged us $250 for a -8an hose for fuel return. we supplied a -12AN hose that would have worked but needed the one end to be reworked to fit our configuration. ( I'm at awe over this)
12. they bought the wrong MAP sensor when we told them what the 3bar map sensor part number was that we wanted to use. They supplied a map sensor for a 6.6 turbo diesel (wrong) ( I purchased correct Map sensor and pigtail. Wired this into the harness)
13, all during the install the turbo was taken apart and in halves. this has us concerned since they just put it back together without looking up possible assembly specs. I sure hope it doesn't come apart and someone gets hurt. bystander or driver of vehicle.

there may be more. this is just a small list that I can remember off hand.

I was also quoted $500 for the hydroboost -6an lines in black hose. I am building the high pressure SS braided hoses for around $130. Its so cheap that I will also make braided hoses for the PS cooler lines. total for me is $175.

and for the keys, I was never told they were on the bumper. I said place them in the truck but I guess shit was in the ears and they heard what they wanted. my loss. not going to bankrupt me

now for the conversation regarding the time for the build. I was told it would be finished for the s10nationals which was May 19th. the truck was dropped off in March wasn't even started by May. Besides Ashleys car was taking all the shop time up so there was no time for the Blazer build as I was told. I told Jeff to get Ashley's car finished since its been there for a longer time than mine. then get mine out of there so we can hit the track. he was aware we were planning to hit a few events.

Once the Blazer build started the parts weren't ordered yet. go figure. so we get the parts ordered and 4+ weeks later they finally arrive. But there was plenty of other items that could have been worked on during the parts arrival time. but it sat collecting dust. I visited the shop weekly and I was told it would be done Tuesday then Tuesday would arrive and it would be Friday. this went on for months all while workers felt it was in their best interest to eat crackers and surf the net.

Work on the blazer did not get expedited until I mentioned it was leaving that Friday since I was told it would be finished at that time. then all of a sudden they needed to order more parts so the build got postponed for a few more weeks. so project planning 101 is not a strong point.

As for $50/hr labor. more like $75 vs $85 that was due to me being at the track and advertizing for them. its called barter deal.. ever heard of it? guess not.

As you can tell I'm tired of chasing BS that I had already paid for to be complete but is not. Its a good thing we have reviewed what was done to the Blazer and where there were corners cut to just get it out the door no matter what. This was at the lack of concern for anyone's safety.
You were quoted for each part of your build. You brought more parts in and you were quoted on the spot for the additional items that you wanted done. I spoke with Jr. and offered to make any repairs. He stated that y'all would fix them. As for a refund I have spoken with Jr. and he told me that when it was all fixed we would sit down and discuss the repairs that had to be done and come to an dollar amount we could all live with. There have been other things that have been said that are just not true and I will not discuss this on a public forum. Both you and Jr. have my phone number are welcome to come to shop and discuss this.
