You have no other option then that's your only choice and i can understand that, and you're lucky to have a tuner willing to go through your tune like that. He might be seeing the logs you're sending him but can he see the track or dyno results and make changes then and there? Can he go for a ride to diagnose a problem? Its you're only option and that's fine but understand if you had the option to get it done in person you'd be better off. And I'm still talking in general but how about tuning a large crammed car via email and expecting it to drive well every time.
