a 2013 Tahoe.

upgraded to a rear DVD model for the G-kiddoe's

a 2007/newer tahoe is one of the best/most versatile vehicles we have found:
-it will tote 7/8 people for short trips. (lunch for youth group on Sundays)
-tote a LOT of gear (kids in church group on trips)
-tote a car on a trailer (took the GEO metro to WVA)
-get good gas MPG (22mpg on hiway hand calc)
-has a V8 with authority to run high speeds on hiway. (speed runs to see Gkids)

they just do SO MUCH, and they do most every thing very well.

the only thing they don't have is the diesel motor, but most guys on the tahoe forum tow HEAVY with their tahoes.

i don't NEED a newer diesel truck anymore, but I do need to tote kids

a good rule of thumb is "don't buy a car if it does not do 3 things for you"
think about that rule, and about cars you have bought, that you sold/regretted.
a tahoe does a lot of things well

all our life, we have had one new reliable car for the wife & kids, and a older car me to drive to work. in this economy, we are going back to that.
